Founding Patron - Sir Gustav Nossal
Sir Gustav Nossal, Australian of the Year 2000, is the Founding Patron of the Institute and takes a keen interest in nurturing its growth and guiding its direction.

Advisory Committee
The Institute believes that ideas in education come from all walks of life. The Institute is therefore supported by an Advisory Committee that comprises eminent people from a range of professions

Research Committee
A Research Committee, chaired by Prof Headley Beare, reviews proposals put forward and determines if a proposal supports the Institute's mission, is feasible and rigorous, and satisfies the ethics requirements of the Institute

Partnerships
The Institute has attracted partnerships from reputed organisations and institutions in the development of projects and community initiatives.
