Key Staff

Andrew Blair has had a diverse background in education ranging from visual arts teaching and lecturing, careers teaching, heading senior schools, curriculum consultancy, principalship of two Victorian secondary colleges, and leadership of state, national and international principal associations.

Recently he has been involved in the design and delivery of programs for principals in China and India and in the design of research and policy within the Victorian Government.

Andrew returns to Wesley following his secondary education here and is excited to be part of a thoughtful and innovative school which is facing the rapid changes required of education in this new century.

Having graduated with a BA Hons in English and Sociology from the University of Ghana, Isaac worked in the Cardiff Office of the International Baccalaureate Organization as a curriculum area manager for the Diploma Programme.

In 2007 Isaac joined Wesley College where he is now the Director of Curriculum. In this role he has been responsible for the development of policies and procedures to support curriculum, assessment, reporting, pedagogical practice and research across all early childhood - Year 12 programs.

Isaac is also the Deputy Director of the Wesley College Institute for Innovation in Education.
