The OWCA Community

Reunions and Events 

The OWCA hosts a large number of events each year. These include cocktail functions for alumni after 1 Year, 5 Years, 10 Years and 15 Years. We host dinners for alumni after 20 Years, 25 Years (by request), 30 Years, 40 Years, 50 Years and lunches for alumni after 60 Years and 70 Years. The OWCA organises and hosts an annual Decades Reunion for the MLC Cato leavers as well as some special year group functions throughout the year. We also organise the annual Boat Race Dinner, the Founders' Day Lunch and Founders' Day Dinner, the Mornington Peninsula Lunch, the annual Golf Day and others. We are always happy to hear your ideas and feedback regarding our reunions and events and would encourage you to contact the OWCA at any time. Affiliates

Former students and their families have the opportunity to join OWCA sporting teams and cultural groups, not only to keep in touch with their own school friends, but to make new connections in the community.

Keeping in Touch

Communication between the school and ex-pupils is through the Lion magazine, which is published three times a year, a monthly eNewsletter, the website and the Chronicle which is sent, on request, to members of the OWCA. Any information about the OWCA can be obtained from the Head of the OWCA, who is always pleased to hear from anyone who has ideas about improving or developing the OWCA.

We always love to hear from members of our alumni; whether it is ideas for events, feedback on publications, to alert us to a birth, something to celebrate, or something to grieve – please don’t hesitate to keep in touch.
