Scholarships are available to students boarding at Wesley College Melbourne.

Learning in Residence Scholarship

Scholarships for Learning in Residence are open for girls and boys in Years 10 or 11 who are Australian citizens. Scholarships are awarded up to a maximum of 50% of annual tuition and boarding fees.

The reintroduction of boarding, our new Learning in Residence program at the Glen Waverley campus marks a new era of boarding – a 21st century model, carefully designed to enhance the development of students across intellectual, emotional, physical, social, cultural and spiritual dimensions.

Lewis Posner Boarding Scholarship

The Wesley College Foundation is honoured to launch the Lewis Posner Boarding Scholarship, generously endowed by the late Lewis Posner (OW1925) and his sister, Rozetta Lenzer.  This scholarship is awarded specifically to worthy students in rural and regional Victoria and will cover up to 50% of the College boarding fees.

FAQs

When do I apply for a Lewis Posner or Learning in Residence Scholarship?

Students can apply up until March in the year prior to their proposed year of entry.

Applications open on the College website from mid-November to early March in the year prior to entry.

How do I apply for a Boarding Scholarship?

Application forms are available to print from our website and need to be completed and returned in hard copy to us prior to the closing date for consideration. Applicants can only apply for one of the Lewis Posner or Learning in Residence Scholarships at a time.

Who can apply for the Boarding Scholarships?
Applicants must be Australian citizens entering Year 10 or Year 11. The Lewis Posner Scholarship is only for rural or regional students and the Learning in Residence Scholarship is open for all Australian citizens.
