Scholarships
Students from Year 5 onwards are invited to apply for a scholarship at Wesley College. Wesley College offers scholarships including Academic, General Excellence and R. G. Menzies.
Applications commence in the year prior to enrolment at the College and applications are made to one of our three campuses - Elsternwick, Glen Waverley or St Kilda Road. All scholarships are tenable from the year of commencement to the end of Year 12.
To be eligible for a scholarship at Wesley College, candidates must have Australian citizenship or permanent residency in Australia.

Academic Scholarships for entry in 2013
Academic Scholarships (up to 50% of annual tuition fees) are offered to students entering Years 5, 7 and 10. They are awarded based on the results of an examination held early in the previous year, when the student is in Year 4, 6 or 9.
The Academic Scholarships examination will be conducted at the Glen Waverley and St Kilda Road campuses by an independent testing agency on Saturday 18 February 2012.

General Excellence Scholarships for entry in 2013
General Excellence Scholarships (up to 50% of annual tuition fees) are awarded to students entering Years 5 - 12 who are able to demonstrate outstanding abilities in a number of areas such as sport, the Arts, leadership and academic achievement. Preference is given to families whose financial need is greater.
General Excellence Scholarships are assessed by application, taking five categories into consideration:
- Academic record
- Sporting achievements
- The arts
- Leadership and community service
- Contribution to the College/current school
Applications for General Excellence Scholarships close at 5.00pm on Friday, 23 March 2012.
All General Excellence Scholarship applications must be submitted online. To apply, please click the appropriate link(s) below.
Students who are not currently enrolled at Wesley College are required to complete the following steps:
- Click here to complete Step 1 of the application process which includes the payment of the $100 application fee; and,
- Click here to complete Step 2, which requires the submission of additional information (a recent photo, the most recent school report and, where applicable, NAPLAN results)

Applications for 2012 Elsternwick Music Scholarships
Applications are now open for 2012 Elsternwick Music Scholarships and students who will be in Year 4 and above in 2012 are encouraged to apply. As a result of a generous bequest to the Elsternwick campus, three scholarships are available for Year 4, one for Year 5 and one for Year 6.

Applications for R. G. Menzies Scholarships for entry in 2013
The R. G. Menzies Scholarships are open to students for entry into Years 5 - 12. These fractional scholarships, up to 50% of the annual tuition fee, are offered to students who demonstrate outstanding achievement in community service and the arts, sport and academic studies.
Applications for the R.G. Menzies Scholarship to enter Wesley College in 2013 will open in March 2012.
